Making thoughts, emotions and actions work together to create the life we can feel good about living is perhaps the most important task we face. When thoughts, emotions and actions are not in alignment, we are left with a fragmented and unproductive existence. One fights the other to gain control. Thoughts and emotions struggle with each other leaving little or no useful action. Acts, sometimes in the form of habits, leave us confused and distraught.
