Who will benefit from this experience?
This group is for women who want to know themselves better so that they can live a more satisfying and meaningful life.  It's for women who want to leave a legacy worth leaving.  In the "here and now," it's for women who struggle with maintaining a satisfying relationship with a partner, children or work.  It's especially right for women who find themselves overwhelmed by the demands of relationships and work and who respond to that in ways they wish then didn't.
What will happen in our meetings?
We will meet weekly on an evening that is convenient for all who desire to participate.  The meetings will last an hour and a half and will consist of some formal input and a lot of opportunity to tell your story and have it heard.  This is a ten-session experience.  You'll be asked to make a commitment to meet for all 10 sessions.  After that, you will have the option to continue for another 10 sessions.
Will our conversations be confidential?
ABSOLUTELY!
How many women will participate?
Participation is limited to twelve.  
What will we talk about?
Things like...
  • How you got to where you are.
  • Where you hope to take the rest of your life.
  • Managing emotions when you're triggered.​
  • Dealing with differences in desire between you and your partner.
  • What about work and money?
  • Parenting: What do you have to offer?
  • Getting things done.
  • Addictions....all kinds.
  • What about my Dad?  What about my Mom?
Ok... This all sounds really good!  Just what I need. 
So... what will this cost me?
It will cost you a little time and some courage.

It will be worth it!

Beyond that, the fee for this experience will be $50 per session.  This group is about personal growth...not about being sick.  Therefore, you will not be diagnosed.  As a result, this will not be reimbursable by your health insurance.
